What to Expect For Your First Visit

A complete nutritional assessment is taken to gather essential information about your reason for the meeting. Information like family history of illness or disease, weight history and eating patterns, signs and symptoms, exercise routines or training schedules and plans. Most importantly we want you to feel relaxed and comfortable to tell us your story.
Please bring helpful information like any growth records for children, adolescent or young adult. Bring a copy of recent blood work if needed. List the names of vitamins, supplements and any medications (with doses) that you take. Lastly, please keep a food journal of at least three days of everything you eat and drink. Describe time of day, food or beverage amounts. Don’t worry about what we think just be yourself.
